Warranty Period

The product is covered under a two-year warranty from the purchase date, subject to the following conditions.

Main Conditions

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical faults only.
• It does not cover damages caused by misuse.
• Repair duration is determined by the technician. We reserve the right to inspect and open the device under warranty.
• Purchasing the product confirms the customer has inspected the item and agreed to the terms listed in the invoice and warranty. Failure to read the terms does not waive responsibility.
• If a replacement is necessary and the original product is discontinued, a similar item of equal last-known value will be offered.
• In case of misuse-related damage, Camera Mix will coordinate return shipping and the cost will be automatically added to the repair fee.
• Labor charges are covered for damages resulting from misuse if the repair cost is 300 SAR or less.

Warranty Will Be Voided If:

• The device is exposed to liquids, moisture, or oxidation.
• Internal breakage, scratches, bends, or cracks due to dropping or misuse.
• The device has been opened outside an authorized service center or shows signs of internal burning.
• The bottom sticker has been tampered with or serial numbers do not match our records.
• The original invoice with the product’s serial number is not available.
• Product damage caused by excessive use.
• Use of third-party accessories that are incompatible or of poor quality.
• All lithium batteries are covered under a 6-month warranty from purchase date.

Return & Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Product must be returned with original packaging, security seals intact, and no tampering.
• Shipping and return fees of 70 SAR will be deducted from the refund.
• Free shipping promotions will be void if the product is returned.
• The refund will be processed within 72 hours after the returned product is received and inspected.

Please ensure the shipment is intact and sealed before signing the delivery receipt. Signing confirms the product was received in good condition and forfeits the right to file a claim.

If the customer fails to receive the shipment within 3 business days, the shipping company will return it automatically. The customer will bear the return shipping cost of 70 SAR, and the free shipping benefit will be void.
